Serenity at Home Support Services is registered with Veterans Affairs
Serenity at Home offers a 10% discount on services to all registered veterans
along with their HST exemption.
We offer an extensive range of services that may benefit our clients. We are hoping this will
provide a greater opportunity in getting the care and support they need and deserve.
Could home care services help you remain independent in your own home? The Veterans
Independence Program provides annual funding to help cover the cost for these services.
Services covered by the VIP funding include:
Housekeeping (can include assistance with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, errands,
etc.)
Access to good nutrition (meal preparation services, grocery shopping)
Personal care (bathing, dressing, nail care, etc.)
Transportation (transportation to appointments, social or community activities)
Grounds maintenance (can include snow removal, lawn mowing, etc.)
Serenity at Home also offers:
Companion Care (create activities, read, play cards, walks or social outings)
Respite Care (Giving Caretakers a needed break)
Fitness and Exercise (chair yoga, strength exercises)
Slips, trips and falls prevention (assist with assessment or a program need)
